Description
My research interests concern the use and development of computational protocols to study biological systems involved in the onset of human diseases. In particular I focus on drug and protein interactions with nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), DNA repair processes, (metal based) enzymatic and RNA catalysis, transport mechanism via membrane proteins.
